    I was stuck working until 10PM last weekend on both Friday and Saturday.
    
    Hope the gathering went well!
    
    I'll try bringing it to some future get-together.
    
    The funny thing is, a historical re-enactor friend of mine has this old Viking dish that's essentially bacon, apples, and onions all auteed together in a pan...it's very tasty.
